These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StripeLinePRO platform, website, and services (collectively, “Services”). By using StripeLinePRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
StripeLinePRO provides quoting, job costing, profitability tracking, proposal generation, mapping, and related business tools for pavement-marking and maintenance contractors. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Some Services require payment. Fees are billed according to the plan you select. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated.
4. Customer Data and AI Usage
You retain ownership of any data you upload or enter. You grant StripeLinePRO a limited license to use that data solely to provide the Services. AI-generated estimates, images, or measurements are provided for convenience only and should be verified before use in bids or contracts.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services for unlawful activities, to distribute malware, to send spam, or to interfere with the platform’s operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Contractor Payments
StripeLinePRO may facilitate payments between contractors and their customers through Stripe. Contractors are responsible for taxes, compliance, and accurate payout account setup. Platform fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of transaction.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StripeLinePRO and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue arising from your use of the Services.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
